There is an option on the login page http://www.pokerfatcat.com/login.php for you to select when you do not have your password. We will send you your password once we receive your email.

With the growing demand of username changes we will no longer allow this option. effective July 26 2006, If you feel  you need a name change email support@pokerfatcat dot com and plead your case.

Login to www.casinofatcat.com and go to “update my profile”, type in the new password, retype it in, then click on save at the bottom.

You will need to deposit FatChips from your main account into cashier to do this. Log into www.casinofatcat.com go to deposit FatChips, in the box on the left type the amount you want to transfer (must be full dollars not cents) and click the + sign then click on cashier the chips will show after a few moments.

You may email support@pokerfatcat dot com to request for your account to be closed. The FatChips will remain with your account and no transfer will be honored. Reason is this; if you feel you want to come back later you can pick up where you left off.

Poker & Game Questions

We no longer have a download please log in and click on play poker to load the lobby.

Log into your FatCat account http://www.pokerfatcat.com/login.php go to the member’s menu in the center of the page, you will see “Deposit FatChips” It will give you you’re total balance and the amount of FatChips you are able to deposit and withdraw.

Log into the main site click on play poker then click on upload avatar and you will have the options to search your computer and border.

1. Make sure the respective window is visible on your monitor.

2. Press the Alt and the Print Scrn key together in order to take that screenshot. (It may seem as if nothing happened but you have just taken a screenshot.)

3a. Press the two keys Ctrl and the letter V to post that screenshot along with a little information on the window itself.

3b. If 3a does not work, right click on the text portion if the post and select Paste.

4. To save your image for later use, I would suggest that you paste into a graphics program like paint and save it onto your hard drive for backup.(for help on pasting into paint, please see step 3)

It should take between 24-48 hours depending on the picture and the number of requests ahead of you.

If you get disconnected in the middle of a hand, you can push your chips all-in to win while you are reconnecting.

Folding and disconnections are associated with the computer failing to respond quickly enough with the server and causes internet miscommunications. Possible causes are ad ware, spy ware or a virus in the computer. Possible fixes varies please consult your computer specialists for solutions.

Team Questions

Before you join a team it is highly recommend that you check out the TEAM forum, find out what the characteristics of that team is, who's on that team and get to know some of the FatCat members by posting your own messages. Start by introducing yourself and mention you are interested in joining a team. When you are ready log into your FatCat account http://www.pokerfatcat.com/login.php go to the member’s menu in the center of the page, you will see "Join Team". You will need to ask the team leader the team tag and password.

The benefits include bonus 100 daily FatChips for logging into www.pokerfatcat.com and you will be able to participate in team tournaments and team league tournaments

Log into www.fatcatspace.com and create a group and select Private group, no one can view this group without first applying and being approved for membership by the administrators.

Your FatChip summary can be found on the members menu after you login to CFC. It's under "Your CFC Status".

Team standings can be found on the shortcuts right after you login to CFC and on the members menu under "Team Community Area". You will find the individual standings there as well.

Yes there is a feature in your FatCat account under the "My Team Community" section click on "My Team Area." You should see an option to demote and promote your team members.

2. Click "Update My Profile" on the shortcuts or right-side member's menu
3. You will see the current photo or default one if you have not already uploaded one. Click the "browse" and select your picture.
4. Click "Upload New Photo" button.

Click "My Team Area" on the member menu and go from there.

If you are the only member of the team you can demote yourself by logging into www.casinofatcat.com and go to your team area, click I wish to leave this team. If that doesn’t work email support@pokerfatcat dot com and have them disband it for you. If you are not the only one that is on the team and they wish to remain you need to email support@pokerfatcat dot com have someone else be made chief, then demote yourself and leave the team.

Login on to www.pokerfatcat.com, click on my team area, go to the bottom on the left click I wish to leave this team, it will ask you if you are sure click yes.

Please email support@pokerfatcat dot com and include your current team tag and password and let us know the new team tag and password you choose to use.

Each month is broken into rounds. At the start of each round your FatChips will be set to a zero balance. You will be able to check your lifetime score and round score. You may be at a positive balance on your lifetime score but at a negative balance for your current round score.

Log into www.fatcatspace.com and create a group and select Private group, no one can view this group without first applying and being approved for membership by the administrators.

We have no tolerance for members who engage in FatChips passing at our poker tables therefore if a member is caught passing FatChips ALL FatChips in their account will be taken away except for the initial 2,000 FatChips. (each case will be determined by admin and will be dealt with by admin)
